Ok introductory book to Contract management. The book was written in England, so I am uncertain if all of the information would be applicable in the US. The book had many spelling/grammar errors, and I am not referring to the English spelling of the words.

The word "we" was used a great deal incorrectly and there were other errors/5(18). This book was written as a useful guide and reference to help Owner and Contractor personnel, students, and others associated with privately awarded construction contracts to achieve the often elusive goal of completing their contracts successfully (safely, on time, within the budget, meeting design limits, and with no unresolved claims)/5(3).
